Outstanding service and professionalism! After having a terrible experience with another jeweler in town, I called Jurgens while overseas and sent my fiancée in to have her ring sized. Carl promptly got it done in less than an hour, made sure the fit was perfect and that my fiancée was happy with it. We took care of it over the phone and my fiancée never even heard a price. That's how you run a business!

Amy is amazing!! She just pierced my daughter's ears and did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable and understand the process and what to expect. High quality, very professional.

Just moved to the area. Was recommended to Jurgens Jewelers. Great customer service started when I walked in the door. Beautiful selection.
