THE LEGEND FM will be the sole arbiter in all matters related to each contest including without limitation, entrant eligibility, the validity of contest entries, and the interpretation of contest rules. All decisions by THE LEGEND FM will be final and may not be appealed. Entry to contests constitutes agreement by entrants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules included with each individual contest.
Except to the extent set forth for any particular contest, these “General Rules” will govern and apply to all contests conducted by Coos Radio, Inc. (105.9-THE LEGEND). Some individual contests will have specific rules and regulations developed and customized for them. A copy of these rules is posted on the official LEGEND WEBSITE. WHO CAN ENTER
- Individuals who are 18 years and older and legal residents of Oregon may enter and POTENTIALLY win contests on THE LEGEND.
- The following individuals ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win contest unless specifically permitted in the specific rules for that particular contest. A. Full or part time employees of THE LEGEND RADIO or its parent company, Coos Radio Inc.
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN
- NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A purchase or payment will NOT increase your chance of winning.
- All contests are subject to and overseen by by applicable Federal State and Local laws.
- Any individual contest that deviates in any way from these general rules, will be accompanied by rules that stipulate those differences.
- ON AIR METHOD(S) OF WINNING will be described as they pertain to that individual contest. (WARNING) Any phone calls to any station phone number other than the number given on the air will be ineligible to win. For any contest that requires an entrant to be the specific number of caller, the decision as to which caller that any entrant is, will be at the full discretion of THE LEGEND personality on the air at the time the solicitation is given on the air. The winner of any on air contest will be at the sole discretion of the on air personality at the time of the contest.
- Additional opportunities to win a major contest via a separate “interim contest” will be specifically described on the air and in amendments posted on this website at THE LEGEND FM.
- By entering a Contest, entrants understand that THE LEGEND staff may choose to identify, comment on, mock, poke fun at, mimic the performance, voice, or appearance of the entrant. Further, entrant acknowledges and agrees that all components of entries (including the use of entrant’s recorded voice and/or photo), can be used by THE LEGEND and disclosed public.

- Promotion available to anyone 21 years of age or older, limit one contestant spot per person, there are three ways to qualify.
- IN-PERSON FREE ENTRY CONTESTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Promotion available to anyone 21 years of age or older,January 2 to Feb 19,2023
- Individual may enter each week ( Monday -Sunday)
- Individual must register at the Mill Club booth from 9:00AM-11PM
- Individual must provide a valid photo identification register
- A paper entry will be completed and place in a drawing Barrel
- Random drawings to determine four final drawing contestants will be February 19,2023 5pm-8p
- MILL CLUB MEMBER CONTESTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Promotion available to active Mill Club Members January 2 -Feb 19 2023
- Receive one electronic entry for every 500 points earned.
- Ramdom electronic drawings determine seven final drawing contestants will be Feb 19 2023, 5Pm-8Pm
- Participants may begin checking one hour prior to the first drawing and must check in prior to the start of the last drawing to be eligible.Check in is available at any player kiosk.
- Individual must arrive at promotion area within two mins of their name being called
- Individual drawn must provide a valid photo ID and Mill Club Card
- THE LEGEND RADIO 105.9 FM STATION LISTENER CONTESTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Radio station will choose one drawing contestant based on published contest qualifications and rules which will include participation age of 21 years and older
- Radio Contestant will be Chosen,and full name and identification number provided to The Mill Casino by Feb 18,2023 12:00PM
- Radio Contestant must check in at the promotion area by 7:45PM on February 19,2023 to move on the Grand Prize Drawing
- Radio Contestant must provide Valid photo Identification,If radio drawing contestant has not checked in as required, another contestant will be chosen from the in person drawing barrel.
- GRAND PRIZE DRAWING
- The twelve contestants for the grand prize drawing must check in at the promotions area by 8:45PM on February,If one of the twelve grand prize finalist does not check in,no replacement contestant will be selected.
- Contestants will be assembled in linen the order they were drawn( Radio qualifiers be in final spot
- At 9:00 PM,in order determined, contestant will choose from twelve envelopes containing either $100 Free Slot Play or the Jeep Gladiator Vehicle
- No cash option will be available in lieu of the vehicle
- Free slot play prizes require Mill Club Card Account
- Vehicle winner is responsible for all taxes and licensing
- The Mill Casino+ Rv Park,CEDCO,and the CoquilleIndian Tribe will be held harmless for any injury, illness death or dismemberment to any party resulting from the operation or usage of the prize,Earned entries become void and drawing barrels will be emptied,immediatley following the final drawing.
